Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns of unopened jars within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at thesancyshop@gmail.com with your order number. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return can’t be accepted. A 5% restocking fee is deducted from refunds on returned unopened jars; it never applies to damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If a jar is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Bundles and sale items
The HIS + HERS Duo and other discounted items follow the same 30-day unopened-jar policy.

Exchanges
The fastest way to switch scents is to return the unopened jar and place a new order for the scent you want.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order ships to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, provided the jar is unopened and in its original packaging.

Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days; your bank may take additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at thesancyshop@gmail.com.
